The District is a local government agency and follows The Utah Procurement Code, as amended.  Current procurement needs and requests will be advertised below.

July 29, 2024 - Invitation to Bid on Generator, ATS and installation 

Mountain Regional Water Special Service District (the District) is requesting bids to supply and install  a backup generator, transfer switch, and fuel tank at its Old Ranch Pump Station site at 1110 West  Old Ranch Road, Park City, Utah 84098.   


The District is requesting the bid include the pricing for three different tanks, ones that allow for running times of 12, 18 and 24 hours.  The pricing for each of the three tanks should be broken out  clearly in the bid.  


The precise specifications of the generator and transfer switch are attached and only bids matching  the exact specifications will be considered. 


The contract will be awarded to the low-cost bidder once the​ ​final tank size is decided. 
Bid Information: 
• Bids will be accepted between July 30th, 2024, and August 28th, 2024, during office hours (8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday). 
• Bid information is available at https://www.mtregional.org/procurement or at the District office at 6421 N. Business Park Loop Road, Suite A, Park City, UT 84098  
• Bids should be submitted in writing and on company letterhead in a sealed envelope. 
• Bids should be hand-delivered or mailed to the District office at 6421 N. Business Park Loop Road, Suite A, Park City, UT 84098. 
• Bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on August 28th, 2024, at the District’s office. 
• The District’s Standard Terms and Conditions are attached to the bid information.

 Any question(s) and its corresponding response will be posted to the District’s website in the same location as  the Invitation to Bid.  Identifying information from the question submitter will be removed before posting the question and answer.

8/5/2024  - Clarification - The one line shows a 350kW gen set and the spec says 500.  Please complete a calculation based on the loads defined in the spec and propose based on that information.  Note the elevation in the spec for derating as well.

 

8/21/2024 - Bid Time Extension - Bids will be recieved until 1pm Wed, August 28th.  The bid openings will be at 1pm Wed, August 28th at the District Offices.

Request for Proposal

Mountain Regional Water Special Service District (the District) is inviting qualified software implementation teams (Teams) to submit Proposals for an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technology solution, configured and implemented as defined in this RFP.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: Interested teams are encouraged to provide contact information (e.g. point of contact name, email, and phone number) as soon as possible for communication purposes. Expressions of interest should be submitted in the form of a brief cover letter via email to Andy Garland (agarland@mtregional.org)

This will help the District relay important information during the submittal period such as any changes to or clarifications regarding Proposal requirements.

QUESTIONS: All questions are to be directed to Andy Garland (agarland@mtregional.org), via email. In order to achieve consistency in submittals, all questions addressed to the District that may change or clarify submittal requirements, will be answered by email to all interested parties. District Board members are not to be contacted in connection with this request.
